Welcome, I’m Jenn.
I’ve always been curious about what helps people grow and what gets in the way. Over the years I’ve worn a lot of hats — manager, parent, coach, writer, mentor — but the common thread has been listening for what’s happening beneath the surface and helping people move toward the lives they want to live.
Today my work is centered around youth and families. I’m currently completing graduate training in Clinical Psychology (MFT/LPCC) at Notre Dame de Namur University and working as a youth and family therapist trainee at Daly City Youth Health Center, providing school-based and clinic services. In my clinical work, I’m especially interested in how family systems, trauma, and developmental experiences shape the ways people understand themselves and relate to others.
Before entering the mental health field, I spent more than two decades working in leadership, project management, publishing, and coaching roles that focused on supporting people through transitions and growth. Those experiences continue to inform how I approach this work: with curiosity, humility, and a deep belief in people’s capacity to change.
This space reflects some of the ideas and questions that shape my work and thinking along the way.
